The CFA Society of Indianapolis has hosted a diverse array of events at exciting venues, such as Pacers’ games and the Speedway, successfully broadening the reach of the Society to professionals across industries. One of Tom’s goals is to continue fostering that cross-collaboration and to enhance educational opportunities. Tom believes as CFA Charter holders, we should be the leaders of the financial industry, striving to make a positive impact on the State of Indiana.

Erin believes serving as Secretary of the Board of CFA Society Indianapolis is honor. As a second-year board member, she focuses on creating value by assisting with monthly board meetings and contributing content to the newsletter. Additionally, she continues to share the robust opportunities and events supported by CFA Society Indianapolis, in an effort to reach a broader audience through a diverse, professional network. She has seen firsthand the renewed energy, success, and growth under the exiting leadership, and wishes to continue to build on the strong foundation this year!

Going into his fourth year on the board, David looks forward to helping continue the growth and presence the CFA Society has had in Indiana in this new capacity as Treasurer. He will continue the strong financial management practices instilled by his predecessor, Tom Kaiser, while also finding ways to grow our events, membership, and influence in ways that make sense. He has already developed a track record on the board that shows his abilities in doing so and look to continue to broaden those experiences as a member of the executive team.

Ted Argus, CAIA, CIPM
Ted is the Investment Officer of Risk and Quant Analytics for Indiana University Health. Prior to joining IU Health, he spent 11 years with what is now SEI Family Office Services, providing investment reporting, analytics consulting and implementation services to single and multi-family office clients. Before SEI’s acquisition in 2017, Ted was a partner in the original firm called Archway Technology Partners.
Ted graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. He holds both a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement. Ted is currently the Chicago CAIA chapter board and an executive board member of the Butler Giving Circle.
