Jared is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Valeo Financial Advisors, where he leads up and coordinates a holistic set of strategic projects to ensure the firm achieves its short term and long term goals and objectives. Previously, Jared spent much of his early career as an public equity analyst/manager for Old National Bank and Goelzer Investment Management before doing a recent 2 year stint with Postlane Partners, a hands-on, operationally focused private equity firm. Jared has a Bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Economic Consulting from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. He resides in Downtown Indianapolis.

Roger Lee, CFA, is the Director of Research at Kirr Marbach. Previously, he served as a Research Analyst at Pacific View Asset Management, an affiliate of BTIG, in San Francisco, as well as a Research Associate at Nuveen Investments and Artisan Partners. Roger graduated magna cum laude from Binghamton University and began his career at Ernst & Young's Financial Services Office in New York. He is a licensed CPA in the State of New York and also an active early-stage angel and real estate investor.

Andrew is a Senior Analyst on the Investment team at IU Health, where he primarily focuses on the Absolute Return (Diversifiers) hedge fund portfolio. Prior to his role at IU Health, he was a Business Valuation Consultant at RSM and a Portfolio Analyst at Franklin Templeton Investments. Andrew graduated from the University of Notre Dame and has served on the board of CFA Society of Indianapolis since 2021. He resides in Noblesville with his wife and three children.

Tom is a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst at Innovative Portfolios and sister company Sheaff Brock Investment Advisors. Between the two firms, his role covers equity and fixed income strategies for ETFs and separately managed accounts (SMAs). Previously, he worked at 40|86 Advisers in Carmel and Fitch Ratings Inc. in Chicago. Tom earned his Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University with degrees in Finance and Economic Consulting. He lives in Westfield with his wife and three children.

Ted is the Investment Officer of Risk and Quant Analytics for Indiana University Health. Prior to joining IU Health, he spent 11 years with what is now SEI Family Office Services, providing investment reporting, analytics consulting and implementation services to single and multi-family office clients. Before SEI’s acquisition in 2017, Ted was a partner in the original firm called Archway Technology Partners.
Ted graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. He holds both a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement. Ted is currently the Chicago CAIA chapter board and an executive board member of the Butler Giving Circle.
